Today was my first time attending Calvary church to watch the VBS performance As we were walking out, the assistant pastor in the white hat in pic, walked up to me and the girls assuming me of starting a conflict with my boyfriend's ex. The ex gf and her mother saw my youngest and Me walk out off the restroom, and I'm assuming she went to the pastor to have us kicked out. When the assistant pastor, Jason, approached me, he asked all of us to leave. I told him I was heading to the restroom because my 2 year old had to pee. He said, "No! There's a gas station down the road with a bathroom". Wow! I WILL NOT recommend this church in Belen to anyone. read more

I thank God for this church and school. They teach the Word of God and my daughter is learning so much in school. No church is perfect because there are people are involved and we all make mistakes. However, I think they speak the truth and teach The Bible. I love my brother and sisters that I have met at this church. read more

While trying out different churches I decided to attend Calvary Chapel Rio Grande Valley , my only comment about it is that I feel a lot of racial tension between the members which was quite obvious upon my first time going. read more
