We had one issue with our first tree replacement that died pretty quickly after they planted it. But that was really because I wanted a particular tree that didn't bode well in full sun. Affordable tree service then suggested a better tree for the area and that we wait until after the summer months to plant it so that it had a better chance to survive. They then made the replacement with no cost to us. I would highly recommend using Affordable Tree Service for any tree or bush replacements you need done. It's the perks of working with a large legit company but with the service level and personal touch that you get with a small business. The owner asked me to send pictures of it and will give the price for removal. I express my concern that the wood would be thrown in the trash. He said that they don't cut it up and put it in the trash. He said he uses the big pieces for firewood and the small branches were thrown away. His prices were a bit higher than others but we needed our tree cut down quickly and his schedule allowed for it. Great communication , super eager to get it done. All was great. He came and cut down the tree, that was fine, but the area around the tree was left messy - not only in my yard but also in my neighbors yard. Not ideal, but not a big deal because he promised to come back the next day to grind down the stump, clean everything up, and wrap up the project. I paid him for that portion of the project and we agreed he would be back the following morning. Around 10:30 the next morning he texted me to let me know there was an issue with the stump grinder and he was working on a resolution. I never heard from him again. I called and texted with no response. Because of the mess left, I had to pay my lawn maintenance service for an extra visit to come clean up mine and my neighbors yard, and had to hire another company to come finish the project. It would have been cheaper to go with them from the start. So now I'm spending hundreds extra, had to delay my project, and overall just super disappointed. Would not recommend.
