Your attitude towards your customer was undignified and curt. You acted smug and uncaring about an issue of great importance to a customer. You lied about multiple instances of disruption. Customers have every right to file a complaint. It was being brushed off by management. I am glad you were finally there for me to speak to. Now you know that no one likes to be lied to about services and pay for something that is not provided. You tried to intimidate me. I hope my mail isn't affected by your conduct.
