Being 41 and this being my first mammogram I was a little nervous. Making Saturday's available for…read morepatient appointments was definitely a plus. However, that was only the beginning. I arrived for my 3 o'clock appointment with my two daughters as my husband ended up having to work and I didn't won't to bother the sitter on the weekend at such short notice. When we entered the waiting area we were the only patient with family there. Another lady had just went back as we were walking thru the door. Thank God. Being that I had my two year old and I knew she'd be hard to keep quiet or still. I always take others into consideration when I'm receiving a service or treatment and I have my kids with me. Moving on..... The beautiful young lady at the front desk, greeted me professionally, explained to me about the my forms to fill-out, gave me all my documents and later offered my two year old crayons and a coloring book. That was greatly appreciated. Now on to the best part, I finally met the person that was going to perform the breast exam. Please listen, SHE WAS AMAZING! Her expertise was one thing. On the other hand, her personality, professionalism, thoroughness, and cleanliness is something I've never seen before. Not all in one person. I work in healthcare and have been for 17 years! And that's why I'm so grateful of my experience with ELFP Imaging Center. She made me feel extremely comfortable. She answered all my questions. Her work area appears to be sterile, clean, sanitized and fully stocked. Her humor and personality is what's needed in such field of work. I remembered telling her, "your resume could have said you received your training at school of ABC 123, it would not have even mattered." "The way you interact with patients is something that could not be taught in school or books. That's a gift you're born with and SHE GOT IT! Kudos to ELFP for hiring such an amazing person. She's definitely a great addition to any team! You could not have hired a better individual for this position. She could check my breast anytime! Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. On another note: I had to call regarding my results. It was one day shy of being two weeks and still no results. Anyways, I sent an electronic message via the app and a nurse did reach out to me. I was told there was nothing wrong with those imaging, but my pain was significant for there to be no results. I had a second look at the MRI and they found a tear, and shared that I should get a new MRI because this imaging was poor. I paid quite a bit of money for this imaging and took time off work to come across town for it. I called to discuss with the team and provide feedback so this doesn't happen to anyone else, but staff didn't seem open to that conversation. Spend your money somewhere else where patient care quality is priority.

They won't the phone for my results. I chose a better call more caring Medical Center to go to and now they won't answer the phone so that I can get my MRI results transferred. They answer the phone once because they thought I was a new patient that wanted to make an appointment but when I told them I was calling to get my MRI results to my chiropractor, they transferred me to a voicemail and now not answering the phone. Please do not go to this place for imaging and do not go to regional medical care as well. Their pain management specialist is very dry and he won't explain the process of pain management. He actually tried to make me just sign a paper before he did my procedure. I felt very uncomfortable and I asked a few questions and he told me he don't think I should have this procedure with the attitude. He is a white tall, gay man with a nasty disgusting attitude. I don't recommend these places for any type of business. I would rather go to hell and suffer my pain internally, eternally before I ever had to visit these facilities again. Just DONT. Did not trust this facility or the regional medical center in Sandy Springs, Georgia. And they wonder why they don't have a lot of clients. Their office is always empty.... My husband called for me because I was so much pain…read morewith a toothache that was excruciating and I had been jerked around at a different dentist's office (see my review for them). Because the other dentist had already taken X-rays, his office couldn't take any more (due to my insurance) unless I paid out of pocket. I only had a copy of my X-rays printed on paper. But Dr. Moore, being the miracle worker he is made these copies work for him even though I offered to pay out of pocket for more X-rays if he needed me to. Dr. Moore fixed my tooth on the top that I thought was cracked and had a lost filling. He discussed with me that he didn't think the crack in my tooth went very far into the tooth and I had a 50/50 chance that he could help. By doing this, he was trying to save my tooth and save me money. I told him to try to save the tooth and try to stop my pain. Well, he worked his magic and drilled the tooth and it worked! I love the fact that he even called me himself the next day to see how I was doing and if I had any pain! I have always been afraid of dentists and he really made me feel at ease! I really appreciated how he looked at my tooth and talked to me, I mean really talked to me about my options and took time to explain what he saw to me. That was extra special to me because prior to seeing him, I had a horrible experience elsewhere about the same tooth a few days before seeing him. And his staff was also excellent! My neighbor broke a tooth and had two teeth that needed to be pulled. They managed the pain while the antibiotics worked over the weekend and squeezed her in on Monday. Dr. Moore saw that two more would soon need to be pulled so he removed all four. I would never consider going to any other dentist.
