My husband is not a picture-person and really doesn't like to be photographed; however, MaryBeth was so quick to capture tons of great images without going through the re-take process, which was one of my fears. She instantly made us feel comfortable in front of the camera and our pictures truely reflect our "normal" personalities with smiles, laughter, "looks" and love, for which I am so grateful! My bridal portraits were shot at the Duke Mansion and MaryBeth did all of the leg work on the venue room reservation, locations for each shot session, etc. She even brought snacks and cold drinks for me and mother to enjoy during our session - how thoughtful? Of all the professional photos that I have had taken in the past 10 years, never have I not been given the digitals (not expecting them to be free). None of my friends or family have ever not been given digitals either. Trust me, I asked all of them because I felt like I had been taken advantage of. It's 2022 people. Everyone likes to post high res photos to social media and make their own albums. No one wants to post a pixelated image with a giant logo on it. Posting high quality photos or making your own album will not be an option for you if have photos taken here... unless you pay thousands of dollars (not joking) and maybe they will throw in the digitals (what I was told). If you are looking to pay an arm and a leg for paper copies only, this is the place. Also you will have to go back to the studio twice (once to review and another to pick up the photos). The photos are beautiful, and clearly the photographer is talented. IMO a review of their business model and cost of doing business should be a priority for them if they are looking to retain customers.
