She was caring, compassionate, knowledgeable, and always kept our family informed with updates throughout her stay. She took the time to answer our questions, guide us through the process, and make sure we felt supported every step of the way. They even let us bring in our pups to see her because my aunt loved our dog, as long as they were vaccinated which they were because we belonged to a dog park that requires them. The other residents really enjoyed our dogs as well. The one time that they were kinda rude was the day my aunt passed away. She already crossed to the other side, but we were all in there to say our goodbyes. It was extremely hot in the room so I had to step out a few times. One of the times I stepped out, it was a young man I had never met before demand rudely why I was out in the hallway several times. He was working at the desk right across the room so I figured he would have known that the patient across from his desk had passed. I explained to him that our family member had passed, but it was extremely hot in the room which he did finally turn his attitude around for. I've had nothing, but pleasant experiences here while visiting except for with this person.
