They have 2 tanks so we floated at the same time (separate rooms of course). He naturally fell asleep and had relief from some muscle aches. I stayed awake but also felt very relaxed. We had time afterwards to drink a coffee and dry off which was nice. Owner is friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Definitely recommend I think we'll go back.

I've been going to this med spa for a few months now, and every visit has been amazing. Cheyenne…read morehas done all of my treatments--chemical peel, facials and tattoo removal--and she's honestly the best. She's super knowledgeable, gentle, and really takes the time to explain everything and make sure I'm comfortable. The facials leave my skin feeling so clean and refreshed, and I've already noticed a big difference with the tattoo removal after just two sessions. Cheyenne makes the whole process easy and way less intimidating than I expected. The spa itself is clean, relaxing, and everyone there is friendly and professional. I can't recommend it enough--especially if you're lucky enough to book with Cheyenne!

Tida is wonderful. I was in town visiting my in-laws and was in pain from the prior week's work…read more Tida was responsive and got me in same day on a Saturday. Her studio is inside Hinton Optimal Wellness and is nicely decorated and clean. The table was comfortable and sturdy. She was very careful to read my check-in form about where I wanted to focus and what kind of pressure I like. I love the techniques used in Thai massage and deep pressure, so I was very excited when she got out the balance bars to assist her to walk on my back after warming me up. She was as good at finding knots with her feet as she was with her hands. I didn't realize that part of my back pain was actually in my shoulder, but Tida found it! After only one hour of massage, my pain was significantly better and I was able to enjoy my weekend. $85 well spent! I will definitely come back to see Tida any time I'm town.
