I was told by Paul…read morethe P.A., there was nothing visible that he could be seen, and that, "it probably cleared itself and just feels like there was a foreign object in my eye". Knowing I probably needed another opinion, I went to Graystone several days later and was treated by an amazing physician who found 4 total fragments lodged in my eye!. 2 larger pieces and 2 smaller ones offset from the center of my eye..I was told by the attending specialist he couldn't believe someone couldn't see the metal because it was so large in terms of objects in the eye, and could be visibly seen by basic observation. Not only was I carelessly cleared by Paul the P.A., but I also called to report the incident after my procedure at Graystone, and was told by AFC management, they would review the matter, and I would receive a phone call in a few days to find resolution for this issue.. Guess who is still waiting for that call a month later? You guessed it, I did!..I wouldn't recommend anyone taking their loved ones here and would most certainly advise against going to the facility if it is at all possible! Best of Luck to All!
