My health was falling apart, and I could barely focus at work let alone stay for more than five hours a day. I worked directly with Sarah who was very patient and very knowledgeable with her expertise - about 95% of her recommendations worked like a charm! She didn't overwhelm me with supplements only when needed unlike my previous experience with other dietician or nutritionists. I am truly grateful to this practice -- not only did they address my gut issues and other issues causing fatigue, mood swings, lack of focus etc my certified medical doctor couldn't resolve, they completely changed my lifestyle! When I started with them, I could barely sleep. I was having a lot of insomnia and after one to two months of treatment, I was sleeping so much better. I did the gut, Dutch and htma tests recommended based on my symptoms. I now have better control of my life and I listen to my body attentively. I know when my body is screaming for food, water exercise, or when my adrenals are telling me to relax I have recommended six people, and I believe and know they would truly benefit from this. Thank you so much Taryn and Sarah! I plan to use this practice in the future for health maintenance as well. I have never seen a practice so thorough that doesn't over promise yet delivers beyond your expectation -- you all are God send and we need more of you in this world

I looked into the program initially because I was having really bad acid reflux every night, relying on antacids and meds no matter what dietary changes I made. After completing my GI map and identifying the root cause of my symptoms we were able to target those issues and eventually resolve my symptoms. I no longer rely on antacids and rarely deal with symptoms at all these days!

After spending one day with Samantha, both boys came away with a new confidence in the kitchen and a desire to cook! I…read moreused to eat a lot of processed foods and I actually love baked sweet potatoes, asparagus and zucchini. Who knew! I found it challenging at times because I needed to prepare meals further in advance and my family members who was forced along for the ride were supportive yet not overly excited about the meals. I purchased the two kitchen appliances that Samantha recommended and I have been really happy with them. I never actually got to the point where I felt like I had more energy which Nick, my CrossFit instructor, thinks is because I wasn't eating enough. I didn't lose a single pound until this morning. Yesterday was a celebration day for me after completing the challenge. I ended up eating a Pizza Hut pizza for lunch and a sandwich from a food truck for dinner while at an event last night, (don't judge me :)). Strangely, I lost 3 pounds by this morning. I was also happy to see that I dropped my time for the benchmark Diane from 4:08 to 3:13. While my mile run was 3-4 seconds longer, I felt pretty good and strong during it.
