We went on a Wednesday evening and spent hours looking at the food, snacks, makeup and we bought tons of stuff. My son got a Kirby wrist band and plenty of kirby figurines. I got some Kuromi stuff and some adorable kuromi face sponge too. And we ended our night with some fresh and delicious sushi. Throughout the store they play this catchy and fun song. You can't get it out of your head the entire night. Service was fast and can't complain even though not the friendliest but I will definitely return.

Again like the other shops I've been to, I wasn't able to buy much as my suitcase would not fit it. You can easily get lost in the aisles and aisles of different products as most of it is not in English and until a helpful staff can explain to you what it is or if you ask for a recommendation for a certain item. There was some kind of theme music or slogan "don-don-donki, don-don-donki..." it is fun but I'm sure the staff might be a little tired of it Other than that, the place has lots of souvenir ideas and other stuff you might get for yourself.

In 2017, it moved to the Asia Standard Tower lower level. Super easy to find on Pottinger Street, right off of Queens Road Central (same street side as Top Shop and to the left of its front entrance). Just walk down the short flight of stairs from the street and you will see A&M US Groceries straight ahead. Think Costco and Sam's from the US here in Hong Kong. Loads of Kirkland brands, many US items you might be craving and cannot ever find, sold in bulk. The main difference here is that you will pay a hefty price for your goods (there has to be a consequence of finally finding all those great Costco items here in Asia!). The main items I buy from here are olive oil, certain chips and Damp Rid. High price or not, I often find myself in A&M US Groceries glutinously savoring the aisles and craving the simple pleasure of browsing retail that I do not really need.
