They were both quite elderly and she had Parkinson's. The barbers both knew them well and were so sweet to them during their visit --I was already tempted to return just because of their kindness and patience, but the haircut itself was such a winner, he has no reason to stop going there! There was an extra barber chair when I walked in and they immediately sat me down with no wait time. I was surprised to feel so welcomed by them and no awkward feeling despite being a stranger. Even after giving only a vague idea of what I wanted, the barber immediately went to work. I can't remember his name because it wasn't one I had heard before but he ended up eventually settling in London after a long journey via the Netherlands as a war refugee from Iraq in the 90's.
