We had a large residential landscaping project that included irrigation, landscape lighting, new…read moregarden areas, raised bed planters, tree and flower plantings, and a small recreation area. We were their first contract with new ownership. While nice people, big problems. Lighting was installed with incorrect gauge wire (that took almost a year to get them to address it); when we asked to build a replica of the first raised bed, they ordered wrong size stone and had to redo; a high number of plantings failed (subsequently told by an expert gardener that they hadn't prepped the soil properly); and my top priority of getting the irrigation system right failed to deliver coverage and enough pressure to right places (now paying someone to fix the bad work). Unfortunately would not recommend for this type of project.

There was one really sad yarrow left. It had been eaten by deer and not looking so happy. When I went to the counter to pay I asked the young lady if she could offer a discount for the plant. She said sure maybe a little discount. In the meantime a man who appeared to be the owner arrived at the counter. She asked him if they could take a little off since the plant was not well. He abruptly and in a very ugly and rude tone sad to me," No, if you don't like it, don't buy it!l". My reaction, "Wow!" So much for customer service and common courtesy to speak to a patron with respect. I was appalled by his abruptness, so was the girl. There are plenty of lovely nurseries in our valley and an awesome one in Basalt that has a beautiful sectional of perennials and garden treats. It would be worth while to make the trip to be treated with kindness and respect. Go somewhere where they appreciate your business,no matter how big or small your purchase.
