I had my first appointment with Dr. Burian yesterday and it was one of the best interactions I have had with a healthcare professional in a long time. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. He took his time to learn about my history, and made me feel confident in his diagnosis/prognosis. He spent a good half hour with me completing a physical exam, providing education, and explaining how my issue can be addressed. I was worried that my pain would lead to long-term changes in my functioning level, but he made me feel so at ease. I was very happy with Dr Verderame from January 2024 through December 2024 She did a decent job on my toenails and calluses. My last appointment on 12/19/24 was without incident as far as I knew. I then received a bill in January for an additional $30 I paid my $40 co-pay at the visit. When I called to question the bill and why I was now self-pay, I was told that I was informed on 12/19/24 (which is NOT true) that I would be self-pay because it was not a covered service. Why was it covered the rest of the year the? I referred two patients ti the doctor and was happy but now feel VERY disappointed that I was thrown away like yesterday's trash. read more

I am a longtime patient who is appalled by the lack of care by the front desk personnel as well as the Dr. I had an appt. scheduled for today at 3:45. When I got to the office I was told I was late (it was 3:40). I was then told that my appt was at 3:15 (it wasn't, I was phoned earlier in the week and wrote the time down). The woman at the front desk consulted with the Dr and I was told they would not see me. I am in a lot of pain from plantar fasciitis and they had no problem turning me away and saying they could see me on 5/29. When I said I was in pain the snarky woman told me that they have other patients to see and couldn't squeeze me in. There was no one in the waiting room and very few cars in the parking lot. She also said that they write down the time and date that they call with the appt time. I guess they are incapable of making a mistake and giving the incorrect time. Her attitude spoke volumes regarding their lack of care for patients. Do they actually think I would show up late since I desperately needed to see the Dr?!?! I would have waited to be squeezed in, but instead was treated with hostility and disrespect. Their lack of professionalism and patient care has made me look for a new doctor. I have been a patient for many years. However, the staff that are working there now are extremely rude and unprofessional!!

I spent nearly an entire year trying to get a diagnosis for foot pain and swelling that was impacting my day to day life and no one had answers. I had several blood tests, scans and xrays, went to 5 specialists.. all of which turned up no answers. One of the specialists I had been seeing was a podiatrist in Doylestown. He let his pride lead the way and repeatedly insisted I had gout both in February of 2018 and December of 2018. (He implied I had a 9 month case of gout..) I knew that what I was experiencing was not gout. All of my blood tests and scans proved it was not gout. That's when I decided to leave his practice and look for a second opinion. I met with Dr. Verderame for the first time in January. She listened- truly LISTENED- like no other doctor had. She thoroughly assessed all of my tests and scans and began checking off treatments one by one. It led to the point of needing surgery for a possible soft tissue mass (which was completed today and time will tell if it worked!), but I feel so comfortable in Dr. V's care. I recommend her so highly because she has a genuine concern for her patients. She HEARS you. She SEES you. She makes you feel understood and well taken care of.. and those are all key traits in a great doctor! read more

This review is for Dr. Holly Verderame. Very conscientious and skilled doctor. I see her for several conditions, and she has met the challenges of each. Surprise, surprise, unlike other doctors, she actually takes the time to listen to you. Explains your condition and treatments thoroughly. I've been seeing her for about a year, and while going to the doctor for anything kind of stinks, I know I will get treated well. Very good bedside manner, and her staff is friendly and accommodating. I saw another doctor before Dr. V, and he was a real slacker, didn't want to do too much. So I switched. Definitely a top shelf experience when I started going to Dr. V. If you live in the New Britain / Doylestown / Warminster / Warrington area, and need a doctor, I suggest switching practices to go see her. It will be a positive experience for you. read more

Dr Verdarame is incredible. She is the third podiatrist my father saw for a toe issue, and the only one who could diagnose the problem. When I started having ankle pain I went to a different doctor who gave me a quick answer and said walking would be painful for me for the rest of my life. My dad suggested I get a second opinion from dr verdarame and I'm so glad I did. She right away saw how my foot shape impacted my walk and gave me stretches and an insert to fix it. Made a follow up appointment to see how it's going in a few weeks. She is kind and smart and really explains to me what is going on in my feet and how the treatment plan will help them. I am a fat person and she made no comments about my weight and believed I was capable of walking painlessly again - other fat people will know how uncommon this is from medical professionals who often treat us as lost causes or don't look beyond our weight to diagnose. I haven't had such a positive and respectful and successful medical provider in years. read more

Not professional. Unlike MEDICAL offices, no masks on front desk, Dr., nor in the waiting room, where waiting is a standard occurrence. Can't call ahead of time to see how late the Dr. is running, nor when you appear at the front desk. She can't tell you "because she is not back there." So you wait with unmasked patients in a small room and they won't text or call you right outside the door when the Dr. finally (!) becomes available read more

I showed up promptly for my appointment at the scheduled time. I waited for 35 minutes before I went up to ask if it would be much longer, I had another appointment to make that day. The receptionist looked at me like I offended her! She commented that this was a doctor's office and I will be seen in turn. She then gave me a look like I should just shut up and sit back down. At that point the office manager stepped in to diffuse the situation and took me back to a room to wait for the doctor. I waited another 15 minutes in the room before I decided to leave. I never saw the doctor, and I was late for my next appointment. They treated me like I was insignificant, and that my time was worthless as compared to theirs. I am going to another doctor. I gave them a 1 because there is nothing lower. read more

Brought my forgetful but sweet mom there for toenail trimming that was causing her pain for the second time and cannot stress enough how unpleasant our experience there was. After waiting with others in waiting room, wasn't seen by Dr. for an hour after our appt. time, it felt like we were the last ones to be seen, the Dr. was very rude to myself and my mother completely ignoring that I was in the room with her, and condescending to my mom that she didn't return when she was supposed to. I mean, if you don't enjoy the part of your job helping the elderly trim their toenails cause they cant do it for themselves, maybe you should be doing something else. Would strongly not recommend this Dr. to anyone seeking routine toenail trimming. Highly dissatisfied read more

I've had problems with my feet for as long as I can rememeber and all any other dr said was I need orthotics, which I do, however it hasn't been enough. This place finally gave me better options such as an orthotic that may actually help, all other orthotics I've had just aren't enough, to other possibilities as well. I'm so happy to have finally found someone that knows what they are doing and are good at it. read more

Super great visit, open later on Monday and Thursday. Went back, took care of my toe and was out in 35 minutes. Very clean and polite staff. The doctor answered all of my questions and gave me really detailed instructions how to care for it. Will go back for all my foot needs! read more
