There was another location available on the premises but I received a quote for both just in case. Friday morning I check the site and discover the less desirable location is gone and the one I had inquired about was still available. Friday after lunch I arrive to fill an application out for the place still available online (online application was not working). Surprise surprise that place is no longer available, but conveniently there is another unit available in a week. Thanks to the fluctuating prices previously negatively mentioned in other posts; the price I had received was not valid. Bait and switch? The same exact styling would be more expensive per month. As I write this the unit I wanted is still available online albeit at the higher price as advertised. I've lived in SD, near Seattle, and NoVA so unfortunately I've encountered this business practice before. Steer clear.

For people looking for an apartment in Miami: a pool is a *MUST* to deal with the heat. If I get an update on pool timing I'll update this post. I've lived in a few different rental communities in the Doral area, and Windsor at Doral is by far the best. The rooms are spacious and include a washer and dryer. The kitchen is also large and consists of a dishwasher and icemaker (my favorite). The living room is perfect for hosting guests. The balconies in units are spacious and perfect for relaxing outdoors. I love spending time on my balcony, and it's a great place to relax after a long day. The view is beautiful, and I always feel refreshed after spending some time outdoors. If you want a unit with extra high ceilings, the first and eighth floors are the perfect locations for this. The gym on-site is always clean and has state-of-the-art equipment. As a result, I've never had to wait for any of the machines, even when many people work out at once. Windsor at Doral also has excellent features like covered parking and visitor parking. This is really important, especially since the location is so great. It's always nice to know that you can come home and your car will be protected from the rain or the sun. The visitor parking is also a big plus. It's really helpful that Windsor at Doral provides a place for guests to park when they visit. This makes it easy for everyone to enjoy time together.
