Thinking I'd have to wait until Monday to get someone out here, I asked if it was enough to tape over it so no one would use it till then, or shut the breaker off that controls that switch. They sent Dan, an electrician, out. He arrived in about a half hour, replaced the bad switch, and did a few other jobs for us while here (replaced a light fixture, replaced a defunct smoke detector, and checked on another fixture for us. Dan was very efficient and glad to answer any questions we had. We called Evergreen with an online search, hoping we picked a good one. We did.

I have tried since Feb. 13 to get an answer on one of the lights that is broken. I thought the original girl was terrible(no longer with company)...now I can't get a return email from the "showroom manager" who assured me she would help me. Four emails to no-mans-land is enough. I said well it looks like you guys have some renovations underway just to make a little conversation before walking back out the door as I lost interest in shopping here and I had seen lots of construction and heard noise in the store? The man in this terrible threesome mob of really bad sales people said "Yeah something like that" with his nose firmly pointed toward the air above his head and he did a 180 turning his back to me and walking away. I had returned the same gesture and walked out with my nose in the air a little higher than his. Who won well it was not the store I could do without their lights but can they do without customers? I see no reason to act like that LOL It is a light store on a busy street in Dartmouth no luxury in that. LOL
