I have a child that has a lot of anxiety and it was recommended that we seek out a therapist who works with that kind of kid. He has been receiving cbt for about a year now and we have seen a huge difference in the way that he handles things that used to make him very nervous. I think that because they gave him real things he could do, instead of just talking about his feelings, he now knows that when he gets into a situation, he has something he can try to make himself less anxious. I give his counselor a lot of credit. It is hard to get a teenage boy to talk about anything with more than one word at a time!

She genuinely cares about her patients and is kind and empathetic. Her office is very responsive and helpful by email, which I especially appreciate because I keep weird hours. The second time the power was out in my area and could not log into my appointment for 20 minutes until I found an area where I could get signal. Again they charged me $100 2 weeks before Christmas, even though the power is out of my control. I have been told that they would make a note of this and then next thing I know they charge me $100. BE VERY CAREFUL. THIS PRACTICE IS OUT TO STEAL YOUR MONEY. Very distasteful for a doctors office that is supposed to help patients with mental health issues.

I finally called the number provided in the email and left a voicemail. Someone reached back out via text asking how they could help (?!). I sent them screenshots of my appointment and asked if they had a record...still have not heard back from them. How disappointing (and frustrating) that a company who's purpose is to help people, doesn't even respond to them or acknowledge their appointment.
