So, I called them. Although they promised that their mechanic would arrive in 15min, I had to wait more than an hour. I didn't have wheel wrenches and jacks, so I had to wait for the mechanic to change the flat tire for a spare one. I had to pay (don't laugh, please) 159 EUR for this. So he was late for an hour, he did a simple operation and I had to pay for this 159 EUR. But that was not the end. I asked Pinchazos 24 Horas to repair my flat tire, and was informed that it would cost me around 359 EUR. I didn't find the price reasonable and went to another service center. I paid 200 EUR there instead of 359 EUR for the same service. If people are trying to cheat you twice or even three times, you'd better think about changing the service point. And you'd better avoid this place called Pinchazos 24 Horas. ¡Ten cuidado! No encontrará nada más que hacer trampa en este centro de servicio. Le pedí a Pinchazos 24 Horas que reparara mi rueda pinchada, y me informaron que me costaría alrededor de 359 EUR. No encontré el precio razonable y fui a otro centro de servicio. Pagué 200 euros allí en lugar de 359 euros por el mismo servicio. Si las personas intentan engañarte dos o incluso tres veces, será mejor que pienses en cambiar el punto de servicio. Y será mejor que evites este lugar llamado Pinchazos 24 Horas.

I knew the car came with a 12 month warrantee, but was not certain if this would be covered... so I sent him a text on WhatsApp with a photo of the defective piece, along with a query on how to get the warrantee replacement. He replied promptly, saying he'd order the part and call me when it got in. There was no run-around; he got the part and had his mechanic replace it while I waited. No charge.
