The antipasti plate was well made with a wide variety of items. Our main dishes were made in front of us with any customized ingredients we wished. Pasta was cooked perfectly and lasagna, even though pre made, was enhanced with extra cheese. The only downside to this "fresh made to order" concept was the wait staff. I first tried this restaurant in Vienna, and then once more here in Cologne. Why can't they open a branch in Cali?? The restaurant is really unique and they serve all kinds of pasta.
