Also, I contracted them for an alarm system and camera system and both systems have worked only about 50% of the time. Now I'm trying to return the equipment and get my money back and Barry, the owner, is not being cooperative. This company is terrible and the service is terrible. I wouldn't recommend them in a million years.

Me las hicieron rápidos. Desafortunadamente ninguna funcionó cuando llegué a casa. Tuve que regresar y pedir que me las reemplazaran. Las reemplazaron sin problemas, no me cobraron. Estas copias salieron buenas. Al final todo se dio. Sin embargo, fue una inconveniencia tener que ir y volver en el tráfico de la hora de almuerzo. En general el servicio al cliente fue bueno. Respondieron bien al problema y sin issue. Por eso, estoy dispuesto a darles otra oportunidad. Pero no en la hora de almuerzo porque me quedé sin comer.

Found the locks I needed (wanted) and they were so thoughtful they even worked it out where I could save some money on the keying two of the locks. Love the family oriented values and service. Will definitely return if I need more locks or safes! And I will definitely send anyone that asks to Valenzuela Locks for their lock/safe needs and amazing service!
