I had the pleasure of meeting Jack, the owner. Also relatively new to the area, he was extremely kind, friendly and helpful. We dropped off our dry cleaning and have continued to do so on a weekly basis ever since. His service is excellent, clothing comes back clean and ironed meticulously. They provide all the necessary services. Dry Cleaning, laundry, alterations, leather and suede cleaning, pressing, etc.... Was very excited to see they offered a yelp promotion, there were two options, one was to buy $50 and get $75 worth of cleaning, the other was for 20% off your total bill. I showed the offers on my phone to the lady working there and she looked at me like I had two heads... she had no idea about either promotion. But she was very nice and agreed to give me 20% off. They did an excellent job and I was very happy with the cleaning. There were several difficult items with stains, a dress with a lot of pleats, and a shirt with metallic accents, all of which came back perfect. I did find them a little pricey compared to the previous place I went, so was glad to have the 20% off. Would go back again since they do a great job and is convenient for me. They also do alterations on site.

Outstanding service!…read more I dropped off my coat for dry cleaning because there was what it seemed to be a stain. When I picked it up, this "stain" was still there. I talked to the owner about this when I realized that it was not removed. I was told that this was not a stain but most likely a colour damage. He sent it back for dry cleaning one more time without charge. When my coat came back, it turned out it was indeed a colour damage that could not be fixed with dry cleaning. I still appreciate his effort and service.

Mid-afternoon, I walked over to Nettoyeur Unique Express, where I was greeted in a friendly manner. I explained my predicament, and was assured it would be no problem. I confessed that I had no idea what proper fit should be, and the woman doing alterations patiently helped determine what needed changing. When I asked if I have the altered pants and the cleaned suit by Friday morning, they said yes, and in fact, they could have them ready by Thursday evening. Thursday evening came, everything was ready, the pants fit perfectly, and I looked well-dressed for my meeting. I was very pleased. The work was top notch, it was fast, and reasonably priced. It's worth having nice stuff mended…read more I have has a variety of items fixed here and I am have been pleased with the results every time! On one occasion I had a knit sweater with a pull in it repaired, the garment looks like new. On my next visit, I had a Canada Goose bomber jacket with worn out cuffs and a damaged seam in the arm repaired, and the work was excellent. My third visit involved repairing a broken hook for the Hood of my wife's fur coat. The work once again was great. My only issue has been that because the tailor is skilled and reasonably priced, it can take longer than I would like for repairs to be completed. If you can wait a few days, this is a great place to have clothing repaired and saved from being disposed of.
