Working with Latina at this agency was one of the best decisions I've ever made. From start to finish, she made everything very easy. All I basically did was give her shine dates, and payment. The stress of planning it all was gone. We went to Aruba as a family and had an amazing time. Coming back I couldn't check in online because it said my name on my passport didn't match the name in my travel documents. I instantly started to panic a bit and reached out to my travel agent. Latina got right on it. She assured me that everything will be fine once I get to the airport. Turns out, everything was fine. American Airlines had a system glitch and several other people at the airport had the same problem. I cleared thru the airport with a lot less stress than I saw on the other traveler's face who I can assume wasn't working with a great travel agent. One more thing to add is that we planned this trip in less than 2 months. We put a deposit down initially and made thre final payment by ther due date. YOU PAY NO ADDITIONAL FEES TO USE HER since the airlines and resort companies pay her commissions. So whether you use a travel agent or not you still pay the same amount.
