I was impressed with the size of the quiche and the perfectly flaky crust. To drink, he had raspberry juice and I had limeade. I came here with a friend to have a cup of coffee after hearing all the amazing things: all-natural, organic, freshly roasted (they roast a batch daily)- seriously what more could you want? The coffee is a drip coffee and wash chosen specifically by the owner, a California expat who works alongside his Chilean wife. They make a great team and delicious coffee and pastries. I definitely recommend venturing over here to grab a cup of joe and read a good book (they have a book shelf filled with options if you don't want to bring your own). Tip: Fridays they have live music where the community comes together - you don't have to consume anything to enjoy the music but I don't see why you wouldn't take advantage and get yourself one of the best cups of coffee in Santiago.
