Of…read morecourse, I tried the usual suspects, Magnifico, Nomad, Lot and others, but a few months ago, while having a cup of coffee in the afternoon with a friend at La Fuga on carrer Consell de Cent, I stopped after drinking the coffee and said to myself "boy!, this is really good coffee!". I asked where they got the beans for the coffee and they said from Animal Coffee. So I searched online for the address and visited them. The kind woman that met me, gave me a tour of their facility and I then bought a sample of coffees from them. Animal is now my 'go to' roaster. Currently at home I have five different beans from them, including from Mexico, 2 from Colombia, Kenya, and Honduras. All are different and all are wonderful. I order my beans online and they arrive one or two days later. There is something special going on here and, if you really like coffee, you should seriously Animal! Bravo, Animal!
