It's a pleasure writing this review. Excellent from beginning to end, Kim Dillard represented Neptune well. Prompt, knowledgeable, professional, patient, just what was needed. Above all caring, not about pressure sale. She was more like a new friend not a salesperson. She allowed me space/time to do my research and comparison. Neptune offered me everything and was cost effective. After joining in about 3 days I received my beautiful memento kit. A load has been lifted from my shoulders and I am so happy I made the choice to allow Neptune to take care of me. My family will not have the burden of trying to handle everything, it's all inclusive. Kim Dillard was the reason and the many things Neptune offers did it for me. My mother passsed away on Jan 3, 2018 and when I spoke to Joseph he immediately told me not to worry that he would take care of everything for me, and that is exactly what he did for start to finish. In Jan my mother passed away and I had the most amazing experience working with Joe the director. He called me immediately after the passing and provided me with info on the process up into the actual creamation. Everyone was so polite and courteous. Mark was incredible! We had an extremely time consuming and difficult death of a service member who had no family to make his final arrangements. Mark Musselwhite was awesome. He was there through the whole process. I was able to call him at 1am in the morning when i started losing my mom. He was there and always answered or returned phone calls. He helped me through all the life insurance red tape. He helped me through the hardest time in my life.
