I came to Sobador for physical therapy about extreme tension that is causing pain in my entire upper body -currently it hurts to simply take in a deep breath. I went to my doctor about this and they recommended me to see a physical therapist. The one they referred me to had very bad reviews, so I did some research and that's how I found Sobador. Manuel did a great job confirming that this pain is coming from tension in my muscles and we now have a strategy in place now to fix this. I'm extremely relieved to find a solution for this issue, I've been physically miserable for weeks. Thank you so much! They recently opened a new location in Grand Prairie, which is very nice, however it seems all their updated location information hasn't been updated yet on the internet. Much-Needed Relief for Plantar Fasciitis!…read more I finally made the time to visit Yaya Foot Spa for a much-needed foot massage, and I'm so glad I did. I've been struggling with a bad case of plantar fasciitis in my left foot, and the pain has been rough. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted warmly by a wonderful lady named Yasheika (hopefully I'm spelling that right!). She was absolutely amazing--especially with my left foot. She took her time, focused on the problem area, and worked it out with great care and skill. After an hour-long massage, I walked out feeling noticeable relief.
