The main person sean is, in me and my ex-coworker's opinions one of the most inept, disrespectful, and manic persons we've ever come across. He basically hires people till they quit from his actions then starts again with new people the turnover rate is 100% yes you read that right 100% He doesn't tell you what the project is yet acts like you should know it when he hasn't told you anything, he expects you to know where things are when the place inside literally looks like a hoarder's den which it is. which is a shame because the space itself could be truly wonderful. He comes to work smelling like weed and burning plastic which has been confirmed by other employees who have also left because of him. He has made employees literally break down into tears. He threatens to sue you if you dare speak bad about the place, and constantly asks other employees what everyone is saying about him. I know several people who have left months ago and still haven't been paid which is possibly illegal. I know another who had to start seeing a therapist because he was stressing her out so much. This is not normal. He is manipulative and demeaning will passively say he's going to fire you or suggest you're not good enough when in fact he is the one doing not just less work but work that makes more work for you. He takes new suggestions as criticisms on himself from his insecurity which makes him deny new ideas that can help improve the space that also adds a layer of personal tension. The rooms are filled head to toe in junk literally unorganized papers trash and art supplies if there was ever a fire this place would go up like a tinder box if there was ever an earthquake your kids would be crushed from all the hanging unsecured material its seriously like a joke I have seen people spend entire shifts cleaning these areas to total cleanliness like 5 hours or more of straight cleaning and he will barely acknowledge it because he's so insecure about his own work performance he will try to make you insecure about yours and just start stacking stuff there 20 minutes after finished to start the cycle again. I don't know how to get across to you the reader, this is the worst place to work period because of Sean, don't let him use you. He is the source of it all it honestly makes me sick knowing he's still out there doing this because I've seen and heard so many, and experienced myself, these things almost daily when working. This is not normal. The worst thing that's ever happened was a coworker was sweeping under the sink and found a blue pill of oxycodone, hardcore drugs on the floor. Drugs that would be fatal to a child if ingested. This instance along with his manic behavior and burning plastic smell that has been confirmed by multiple other employees over an extended period of time there are only so many logical conclusions that can be reached. THIS IS DANGEROUS. We are at the point now where we are going to be looking into options about some serious formal complaints as well as possible other official channels to see what we need to do to make sure your kids are safe and this review is apart of getting this out into the open so the parents can make informed decisions about their children. They kept saying they were going to get an HR person, which the last one they had left because of seans disrespect but have yet to do so, so all the complaints that are about sean, go directly to sean or his father who hasn't done anything about it for years. I can't in good conscience sit here knowing these things and not say anything if it means it keeps a child safe. STAY AWAY AND GET YOUR KIDS OUT! read more
