My girls (6 and 8) really enjoy Neo Art. My elder daughter has attended several camps, and always had a good experience.

She loved it so much that her older sister begged to join, and we've enrolled the girls through the rest of the school year.

Our son (9 y/o) has been taking drum lessons there the past 7 months and has gone from a true beginner to playing songs together in a band with his peers. This is a combination of 1:1 weekly practice with an instructor at SoR (each has been fantastic with emailed notes after every session on recap and focus areas) and a weekly 90-minute band practice which he loves. Most of all, his enthusiasm for learning and enjoying music is through the roof and he is proud to be part of the band. All of this included in the monthly Rock 101 package, a unique offering for sure!

Lastly, before the performance, I had to quickly return home to drop off our dog as it was too hot for her to wait in the car. I had explained to Chase and asked him to explain to my son so he wouldn't be upset. He clearly didn't as my son afterwards explained that he didn't understand what Chase had said. Most particularly, I didn't appreciate Bethany's 'mom shaming tone' when she called me as I was trying to park that my son was "very upset that you're late and we're all waiting for you". Working (and single) parents do the best they can. Instructors should employ some empathy and perhaps also remember parents are customers.

Spacecraft fills a big void in a day and age where people have less space at home to invest in their creative endeavors. You can see that the ownership has a great sense of pride in this shop, every little detail makes the space cozy and inviting. In addition to providing a launch pad for a variety of independent projects, Spacecraft is also hosting workshops led by experienced artists and crafters. It is so amazing to see a store like this pop-up in the "New Seattle era," one that encourages the exploration our individual creativity while also fostering community. Well done Spacecraft and welcome to the neighborhood. I can't wait to watch you grow!

Last year, they had multiple microwaves, but this year, they've reduced it to about three. However, they still have microwaves, and there are couches within a few inches of anywhere in the facility. They also have Wi-Fi, a printer, and special events like games, board games, and trivia. There's a refrigerator sink for washing dishes and a place to relax and catch a nap before continuing your studies. The commuters and transfer comments section of the university building holds a special place in my heart. If you're commuting in and around the Seattle area, you should definitely check it out. It has everything you need, including lockers, chargers for cell phones, laptops, and computers. Just check in with staff members, and they'll have anything you need. Don't forget to have your Husky card, as you'll need to tap in to enter and tap in at the staff desk. You'll have to tap in every time you enter the facility, but other than that, it's an amazing place to relax with someone who doesn't live in Seattle.
