She built a profile based on a combination of what we said were looking for as well as a lot of pointed questions that we had not even thought of. We moved to Valencia with a plan... that we eventually threw out and readapted multiple times and the Yes Valencia team supported us the whole way. Since finding the right house took longer (and waaay more house viewings) than we initially anticipated, they stepped up and helped us find a rental, negotiate the rental conditions, they helped with paperwork and answered close to a million questions not just about real estate but relocation to Valencia in general. When we finally found the house, they helped us secure the mortgage and find a lawyer to ensure that all the house documents were in order. Even now as we're enjoying our new house, they still keep helping us out with contacts for electricians/ handymen/ construction workers etc. We could not have wished for better service and support, 10/10.

It is actually my second review for this company…read more They handled the sale of my property and I had nothing but wonderful things to say about Sergio Pereira and Racasa Luxury Realty in Valencia, Spain. It is the months since the sale and the changeover of utility accounts that has been a nightmare. After repeated requests of them to complete the changeover for the water account (with no action on their part) I finally had the water account closed in order to remove my name. This was was 10 months after the sale!!! Their response was very telling of their true person. They told the tenants in the flat that the water was turned off because I refused to allow them to changeover the title on the account [mind you, this is 10 months after the sale and they have proof of ownership]. They then told the tenants that they would have to buy bottled water at the store while they sorted out the account and could get service reconnected. True scum. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone.
