Dr. Qazi has literally been the best doctor I have ever had. Before Dr. Qazi my experience with…read moregastroenterologist was frustrating. I felt a disconnect and felt like no one truly cared. My first appointment he made me smile when all I wanted to do was cry because I had been dealing with my UC for so long. Right away he came up with a plan of action and since then I have optimistic about my condition Understanding how a person goes about their day to day is important when treating them. He is always positive which helps when your in pain or just have a horrible day. He is knowledgeable and always makes sure I get in as soon as there may be a problem. He truly goes above and beyond and for that I am grateful. Nicole, my Infusion nurse has also been my rock through this whole process. She communicates with pure kindness. She responds to any message I have to Dr. Qazi in a rapid matter. In all honesty I can go on and on about the Staff. Never has there been a time where I didn't feel like I didn't belong. They get to know who you are and It makes you feel like there is hope out there. More then anything I couldn't be happier with the service I receive from them.

I was a patient for nearly two years and consistently experienced poor communication from this…read moreoffice. Getting test results often required repeated follow-ups, and appointment wait times were frequently excessive. My most recent visit was unacceptable. I came in for a follow-up after a serious hospital stay and was turned away because the office claimed they hadn't received a fax, despite it being sent the prior week. No real effort was made to locate it, and I was even refused when I offered to email the records myself. Dr. Dyer never spoke to me directly and instead made dismissive, disrespectful comments to staff within earshot. Given the length of time I was a patient and the circumstances, this was deeply unprofessional. I will not be returning and do not recommend this practice.

Then it all goes down hill from there. She did absolutely nothing for me with the exception of prescribing me several different medications. She gave me an endoscopy told me that there was a flap inside of my stomach that is supposed to keep the acid out, but mine is not working properly. She never gave me a resolution. I've been calling her office for months, leaving messages. No return phone calls whatsoever. Then she refused to fill my medication again, even though in her own very words, this was the only medication that was left on the market, with the exception of Famotidine. She only works two days out the week Monday and Wednesday and I called leaving several message, begging and pleading for someone to call me back. Never received a return phone call for months. A horrific horrible experience. She did absolutely nothing to help me. If I could give her zero stars, I would. She should be ashamed.

What the hell is wrong with these doctors? These people pay zero attention to the file!…read more Let's see here. You have a patient who is allergic to propofol and obviously can't be sedated for procedures has to be general anesthesia. Sedation isn't strong enough. You take them to a main OR and handle things with a gas anesthesia system. PROBLEM SOLVED. Except for this office. This office seems to think they are the ultimate authority and they can dictate how you will take a test. At first they attempted to force a dangerous drug upon me which I refused. I demanded prior accommodations I had some few years back. They refused. Then they called telling me "versed sedation or nothing" Bro? Did you ever read my f-ing chart? This office has zero compassion. They run on a revolving door model and if you aren't an easy fast TIVA propofol them out with burning nasty drug and then have them wake up dazed confused and violent type of patient they don't want you. Propofol has had a history of fatalities, violent psychotic episodes and more. I refuse to touch it and it's MY RIGHT to have alternative anesthesia that is GENERAL ANESTHESIA under federal law. Consider this PUBLIC notification that an OCR complaint against you has been filed. Have fun dealing with the FEDS at your door! Incompetent physician offices like yours need to be shuttered for the good of public health! You people only care about lining your pockets! You don't dare lose profit margin to gas anesthesia! GET REKT!

At which time I asked the Receptionist how much longer would it be to see the doctor. She said she would get the nurse. The nurse call me and I went into the Doctors room. She took my Vitals and said the doctor would be in to see me in 5 mins. I waited another 30 mins and finally walked out of the doctors office and asked the nurse whats going on with the doctor, the Dr Fine then appeared then i was in the hallway and walked up and said I'm ready to see you now. At this point I WAS HIGHLY UPSET. I told the Doctor this is unacceptable that after I questioned why it was taking so long and that he appears. I told the doctor that I no longer wanted to see him and that I would reschedule another appointment with a different doctor. I rescheduled to see Dr Khattab Oct 17. However after thinking about this I no longer want to see even this new doctor and deal with that office. TERRIBLE
