There's never been a time where I've needed to change a prescription or do a slight edit of my medication's, that they haven't given me the longest runaround known to man. I have an issue with them every single time. Communication there is TERRIBLE. I am the only person to advocate for myself. I know truly the issue is Insurance and the demand that is on doctors to hurry, but I could not feel more: not listened to, not taken seriously, than when I'm there seeing Kacey. There is a particular person at the front desk that is always rude. They always treat you like you are the biggest inconvenience, and all I'm trying to do is literally stay alive as a type one diabetic. This has been going on for years with them, but this past situation with my Omnipod's, really sent it over the edge for me. Because of their inconsiderate unprofessionalism, I was completely without an insulin pump just because they wouldn't get my prescription sent to Insurance correctly. I tried going to a different doctor that was recommended to me at another HMG office, but apparently it is a conflict of interest and will not allow that. If I could give it negative stars, I would. I know that the demand is probably high and calls come in all the time and they have to set boundaries themselves. I am all for that in general, but it goes a long way when you at least show that you at least care for somebody and their wellbeing like they say they do

I kept being told my previous diagnosis was wrong and I did not have anything wrong . But I continued to lose weight and have severe pain when I would try to eat. The doctors do not listen and do not care! It's all about the money to them in my opinion. I regret all the years I wasted going there only to find out I was right all along! If my problem had been found years ago may be I would not be in this shape today. It's so sad how doctors don't care about their patients any more.
