Thieves. I signed my…read moreelementary school aged nephew up for a 3-month membership so he could try it out. My nephew lives in the area & I live in California. We have different last names. It took me a while to realize that after the 3-month period ended, I was still being charged. After tracking down Edgard, the owner, he would only communicate via text. After some crazy back-and-forth it turned out HE USED MY CREDIT CARD TO PAY FOR ANOTHER CLIENT'S CLASSES. I realized this, that's right, I realized it, he didn't, after he sent me some screen shots (I'll upload them here), showing the picture and personal information of an adult man, John Meyers, who is decidedly not my elementary aged nephew. Also, please note that that Edgard also sent me private information of one of his clients. What's worse I doubt he realizes what a violation this is. Edgard said he would return my money in a few days. He did not. I asked again after a month he said he needed more time to figure out how with his team how this happened. I told him he could figure that out on his own time. He still did not refund my money. I went to my credit card company and they did refund partially but since some of the charges were so old they would not refund those. They attempted several times to contact Edgard but he would not answer his phone or call them back. His actions are unethical, inept, and with zero regard. Do business with this person at your own risk. **I was able to track down John Meyers and spoke with his wife who had realized that they were not being charged & thought it was odd. After many months they were also unable to get Edgard to speak with them. Unfortunately, even though they know that I paid for their classes, they did not offer to give me back the money either.

Picked Atos because Professor Chris himself answered the phone and sounded warm and inviting. The facility was not cramped and was clean and well lit. The culture was very positive with hand shakes, smiles, helpfulness and respect. They're fine with visitors being in colored Gi. Kids class was perfect for my kids, well stocked with white and grey belts and plenty of attentive coaches. Adult class was conveniently right after and I was well looked after both of our visits. Trained with brown, purple, and blue belts (a good mix), both sexes, and never felt unsafe. All-in-all I highly enjoyed our visit and my kids wanted to go back. Highly recommend!!!
