He lied and delayed for 2 years in doing the work he was paid to do. He always had an excuse. Then he disappeared all together. In my opinion he is the worst roofer in the Country. In my opinion, the money award given to me by the Judge proves that this man and his company are crooked and can never be trusted.

When writing the contract he demanded the entire amount of money to replace my roof before he would start. I was hesitant with giving him the full amount for the job. I thought he was a professional and a good person. DO NOT TRUST HIM!!!!! Once he cashed my check he failed to comply with our agreement and avoided my phone calls. He made ever excuse and lack of follow through. I had a local person in the area help me hold him responsible. James would only answer my call if I was using a different phone number in the Hayward, WI area. James is a person who tells you what you want to hear and untrustworthy. Eventually, he completed the job and the roof did look good. Again, Consumer Beware!!!! If you decide to us TCCR, I would make sure to pay him after the job is completed or DO NOT USE him at all. Charged me(insurance) for turbine roof vents and never installed them but also charged me for a different/new type of vent, replaced my tinted skylight with a non-tinted skylight. The salesman ghosted me and then no longer worked there but ReNew didnt reassign a new salesman nor communicate he was gone until I sent a half dozen emails over a 4 week period asking why no one could respond with updates. Overall the work was a ram/jam get it done fast with terrible customer service. The crew left a mess and will urinate/defecate in your yard behind a tree. When they finally did complete the work the new salesman that came seemed to have his ish together; unfortunate this guy wasnt around originally.
