Husband booked me a massage for Mother's day! Super duper sweet. But we're not here to talk about him. We're here to rave about Neko! Hands down the best massage I've had here in Vegas. Cesar at the front desk was very personable, and Jessica, my masseuse was heaven sent. I really loved how she made sure to discuss my preferred pressure level, target areas for focus on, and expectations from getting cupping. These are nothing new to me but I still really appreciated it I'm used to always having to tell the masseuse to go harder and deeper (*insert dirty jokes*) so that it's not just a pricey lotion rubdown. That wasn't the case with Jessica! Her pressure was perfect. Her technique was amazing. She was able to knead my knotty shoulders just how I like it. Went here for a great massage the other day and I was not disappointed. Me and my husband were treated to a foot spa and scented salt foot bath while waiting to be seen. After the spa, we had our massages. My masseur was very professional and friendly and knowledgeable. I had I think a 55 min massage that felt longer because I was so relaxed. Definitely needed to have my sore shoulder worked on, so the masseur made sure to focus on that area that I needed. Just let them know which areas need more attention. With the location conveniently in downtown, there are so many things to do after, you can make a day out of it. I highly recommend Neko and will be returning! read more

Kang and Cesar welcomed us with open arms. Kang's warm and positive energy carried on through my whole massage. I tried the chair massage and it gives you a full body massage. It was amazing. I was so close to falling asleep numerous times. The foot massage alone has me wanting to go back ASAP. There are also massage booths if you'd like a hands on massage. I only get an hour break so I have not been able to stay longer then 20 mins. They also have specials for locals. They are tucked around the corner from Donut bar. The salon is very zen and relaxing. I opted for the Foot and Calf Massage to prep my legs before I do the crazy SPARTAN BEAST! + LOCATION/PARKING: Neko Massage Studio is beautiful located in the Central Downtown Las Vegas area, nearby Fremont Street. It is off 6th Street between E Carson St and Fremont St. It close to small business Carson Kitchen, Donut Bar, Bocho Suhi, and Juice Stars. There are alot of available parking is next to the massage studio, across the street, and of course street parking availble. You cannot miss the Large Cat outside the studio! + WiFi (Instagram/Yelp): I was able to jump onto the Cox WiFi! It was fast and speedy! + SETTING/AMBIENCE [5/5]: Neko Massage Studio might look small, but a mighty studio! I had various massages at other studios and businesses, but Neko made it extremely comfortable! The ambience of the studio, to the chair, to the zero gravity massage chair, down to the air infused lavender essential oil (I think) was so comfortable... I could have slept in it! + SERVICE [5/5]: As mentioned above. I originally saw the business from a friend who re-posted their services. I schedule an appointment for their Foot and Calf Massage. They were able to accomodate me in between my crazy work schedule. Which is always a plus! I was greeted by the owner Kangcheng, who introduced me to my therapist Samuel. Where he sat me down onto the most comfortable sofa. There he offered me salts to add to my foot bath massager. I informed Samuel that I was going to do the SPARTAN BEAST race over the weekend and I needed to relax. Honestly, I was in so much bliss... I don't know how much time passed. But Samuel attended to my foot and calves giving a deep tissue massage and lotioning it up. + OVERALL [5/5]: I felt so relax and attended to. I will come back over and over again. There might be tons of others massage studios in town, but this is the place to be! I will certainly share Neko Massage Studio with my friends and family. I'm not a Las Vegas local, visiting from California. I badly needed a massage for my lower back. So, I booked an appointment with Neko Massage. It was hard to get to this place, as it's downtown Vegas (parking is also paid). So, I showed for an appointment ten minutes late. I even agreed to the guy cutting my time. But, he kept going on and on about how he is rushing me (he didn't want to listen to my lower back issue properly) because I was late. He said he had other appointments right after me. Just as a customer service gesture, I said maybe you guys shouldn't book back-to-back appointments (appointments booked seconds or minutes after the first customer). Also, I spent about 5 minutes completing their paperwork. I've received massages, been to acupuncturist, went to chiropractor. I've never had such an experience before, where your time to complete the paperwork is also factored into the time you pay for the service. The business should have also realized that when the patient visits the first time, it would take extra time for paperwork and listening to the patient's/customer's issue. I was ok with the guy cutting my time, but he kept shoving it into my face again and again. He then randomly said, you don't have to get the massage. At this point, it was quite uncomfortable so I left. Based on this experience -- and the guy not carefully listening to my back issue -- I wouldn't come here again. I needed a massage for a medical condition called Spondylolisthesis. Because the guy didn't want to listen to my issue, more worried about making his next appointment (and being rude), I wouldn't feel comfortable getting a massage from such a place! read more

I had an appointment a few days ago for a 50 minute Neko Signature Massage and I surely was not disappointed. I seldom get massages, so I had some jitters prior to my appointment because it's not something I usually do. When I arrived, I was greeted by Rudy who was my massage therapist for my appointment. He was super friendly and immediately relieved those jitters with such a warm welcome. When I arrived, he started me with a Foot Spa for about 10-15 minutes while I fill out client paperwork (name, pressure preference, areas of focus, etc). As far as the massage goes, it honestly felt great - I felt like my massage therapist truly focused on working the muscles. Rudy was very professional and super friendly all throughout my experience. Me and a buddy went here for a 1.5 hour massage on a 4 night trip. This place was awesome. I got a massage from the owner, guy is amazing and has good massage skills. Very professional and at 1/4 the costs of the massages down on the strip not only will you get a better massage here but like I mentioned before you will pay 1/4 the price as you would on the strip! I called to see if there were any appointments available and Caesar was able to accommodate me the same day! The studio has a artsy coffee house vibe going on, not your typical spa music relaxation type of place but yet somehow equally relaxing and comfortable with more jazz type of music. I visited Neko on its Grand Opening. It is easy to find, right next to Fremont Street, just east of Las Vegas Blvd. There is a parking lot right next to it, making it very convenient to get in and get out of. This time I only tried the massage chair. Quite relaxing and fabulous. Felt like I was in a state of Nirvana. No, it doesn't smell like Teen Spirit. The staff was very classy, helpful, attentive, and courteous. It is a clean and cute place, has enough public room, and is very friendly. I felt like it was my moment of Zen. I definitely would recommend it to people who need relax and forget their everyday problems.
