Service dog. however if he did not make the cut he wasn't going anywhere. I rescued a few labs one chocolate and a yellow, so I wanted another chocolate. I stumbled across a dog named Finn in Lancaster and he was just stunning and smart. And that's how I found out about Heather hallow labs. I reached out to Harold The owner and breeder. I told him what I needed and he asked that I send him all my information about living and what I am looking for in a dog. So I did. I had asked for a specific male chocolate. I sent a deposit and waited. His policies are clear and he is upfront about everything you need to know. Then in January my old guy Brewster got sick and I had to put him down February 13th, 2022, just as I was telling my wife I was done I couldn't go through this every 15 years. I got an email from Heather hollow labs 2 litters of chocolates were just born and one was to be mine. That was Faith I could not say no. From that point on I got photos and updates weekly for 7 weeks. Then it was time. Harold is awesome, his dogs come with a warranty, and he placed me with the perfect little guy we named him Brody. 8 months old and he is ready for his good citizen test and then we will go for service dog. I never dealt with many breeders and after meeting and dealing with Harold I will never have to. He does all labs yellow, black and of course chocolate. They are very reasonably priced and mine was well worth the drive through beautiful country to retrieve him.

After waiting all day for a return phone call, all info was provided in a voicemail at 9am....they call me right before closing. They tell me the dog has been seen there but im not a client and they arent taking new ones. Then proceeded to rudely and disgustingly tell me they "know my grandmother is dead" but "im still not a client" and we wont be seen there. disgusting and abhorrent behavior! If this is how they treat people you can damn well be sure they arent treating other peoples pets any bette. Their reviews on google are horrible and the same receptionist is still a rude bitch. I will be trying to save as many pets as possible from this ghastly place. my father in law is a client there aswell his dog had an emergency, they turned him away and the dog passed away, theyre horrible people!

Review Title: Cruel, malicious behavior from veterinarian during emergency euthanasiaI am writing…read morethis to warn pet parents in the North Country. I had spent months trying to find a regular vet for my 18-month-old kitten, Willow. Her only symptom was a poor appetite--at home, she was still cuddling by my side every night, jumping in her favorite windows, and watching birds. When she suddenly declined, I rushed her to Littleton Area Veterinary Urgent Care. The attending veterinarian (identified verbally by the clinic as Dr. Bador) told me Willow was incredibly sick and gave two choices: spend $4,800 just to stabilize her for a 2-hour transport to a hospitalization facility with no guarantees, or euthanize her. Heartbroken, I made the agonizing choice to let her go.As the vet was actively injecting the medication to stop my baby's heart, the atmosphere became tense, and I quietly commented to the vet that she had no compassion. She snapped back, stating: "I don't have compassion for people who bring their animals in in this condition."I was stunned, heartbroken, and completely traumatized. This doctor chose the exact moment my kitten was dying to intentionally inflict emotional cruelty and guilt on me. They ruined my final moments with my baby. If you expect basic human decency and empathy during a worst-case scenario, do not bring your pet here.

The entire team was friendly, professional and a pleasure to work with! I definitely recommend using Companion Pet Care!
