One of the best dentist I've ever visited. He's done fillings and dental crowns for me, very satisfied with his work!

I have my teeth cleaned professionally 3/4 times a year, just moved into the area…read more I paid a deposit £25, I had a migraine, and had to cancel, as I could not drive as I was unsafe. they kept my deposit, obviously very poor, to be taking such a lot of money from a pensioner! glad I did'nt go, if this is the 'treatment' then I could have left toothless! hope the 'windfall' helps with the Christmas box. one cannot put a price tag on service, consideration or flexibility. should have known as I got the appointment with no hesitation, as they say if it walks like a duck.....

As someone new to Kingston, I had been struggling to register with a dental practice accepting NHS…read morepatients - the first few I contacted were Private. When i phoned Triangle Dentist Practice the receptionist was very polite, well spoken and helpful. They were accepting NHS patients and could book me in for an appointment the following week - so I snapped up the appointment. Following the call, i read the reviews on here and other forums and was a little concerned re. the treatment i might receive, however was so happy with the receptionists friendly telephone manner, thought i'd risk it. Today i visited the Practice and it seems i had a completely different experience to the other patients who have left reviews - really could not fault the staff or dental team. Receptionist was again very polite and helpful and i only waited a couple of minutes until the dentist actually came out, said hello and guided me through to the dentist's chair. I saw Amit - he was fantastic and probably the best dentist i have ever seen. Really friendly, calming and professional. All the way through the checkup and treatment he kept me informed of exactly what he was seeing and the works he did. He gave me loads of advice and genuinely cared about ensuring i understood everything, was happy etc. Top class. Left feeling really happy and have booked in to see the hygienist. Definitely, in my option a 5* practice.

I absolutely hate going to the dentist. I hate it. I will wait until I am in excruciating pain…read morebefore I'll call and make an appointment - however, this is the first dental office I've ever been in that I was actually impressed by. The interior of this place is amazing. Funky, colorful furniture, flat screen TVs playing the news, music videos, or a Michael Jackson DVD - there's even a coffee and tea station complete with a mini fridge. There are multiple photos of New York-inspired works, including bright wallpaper with scenes of New York at night. The reception of this dental office reminds me more of a design agency or media company than a place you'd go to have your teeth drilled. The examination rooms are equally kitsch, with clean white chairs, and even a flat screen TV above head so that you can watch something other than your dentists gloves flying in and out of your mouth with foreign instruments. This place will make even the most nervous patient feel at ease, and the best part, is that they're both private and NHS. WIN.
