Carol has tried to give me medical advice about my pregnancy twice that has been very false. She also worked with me over the phone for OVER a WEEK to get my transfer papers in and failed to mention that their office is full and can't accept me. Which she couldn't relay that information, she had another staff member call me the next day to say its their "protocol" to receive the transfer papers BEFORE even checking to see if they have enough availability to take another patient.
