this is the worse experience I've ever had dealing with auto insurance. First off its a company inside of another company so when if you ask for corporate office you will be directed to somewhere else which I'm not sure of where because one office was in California and the other in Georgia. I was quote several different prices each time i have tried to either add additional drivers or when renewal time came which was just recently.
I called to make my monthly payment and money was collected only to find out after my payment was taken it was time for my renewal and additional funds were required. I asked what was the new price it start at being quoted an ADDITIONAL $30.00 ALL THE WAY UP TO $300.00. i WAS TOLD THE COMPUTER WAS UPDATING AND THIS IS WHY. At this point I asked that my money be refunded so I could check with more companies and was told that my money could not be refunded unless i physically walked into the office and or a email be sent asking for a cancellation of the policy and my refund which would take days, This company is incompetent and very poorly ran unprofessional place of business.
