They have a great selection of accessories with their phone cases clearly labeled and easy to find on the shelves. I asked about Apple Airtag cases and no bueno there tho. At the back there is a repair counter with fairly good prices, and in line with most of the other neighboring shops like this one. If you need a new screen, or new battery, this would be a good place to get a cash price especially for an older or cheap phone. Don't take your expensive newer iPhone here as you could likely end up with a downgrade in the parts, and instead go across the street to Jump Plus and get Apple genuine parts. That said, we came here for yet another new screen protector for an iPhone 11 Pro that's still under warranty. I could have taken that phone back to Costco and got a new SP for free under warranty, but since the phone isn't with me any more, it's easier to just go here and pay $15 cash and done. We grabbed a new bling case for $12 for the iPhone and the dude even gave us a deal on a display model personal USB fan, wowsa!

Located in the mall at First Markham Place, they have a great selection of accessories for older and newer phones. On this trip, my daughter needed a phone case and a screen protector for her iPhone 8Plus. The person who was working at the counter was very patient and helped my daughter find the right case, and then they even gave her the screen protector for a very good price. They even helped put the case and the screen protector on the phone for her. We got everything for under $25.00. We like this store and whenever we are at First Markham Place it's our go-to for any phone accessories. We have sent many of our friends to that store as well. If you're at the mall and need anything for your Smart Phone, this is the place.

"But it's only the on/off switch," I bleated. They claimed it was all one component. (Spoiler alert: bullshit.) Then I contacted CPR. They quoted me less than half. I had to give them half of that ($50) so they would order the part. They kept me apprised every step of the way, and accurately managed my expectations. Then met them. When they received the part, I dropped off my phone. They helped me put it into maintenance mode; so my apps and data were protected. Yay! I got a call when the phone was ready. They took less than the hour and a half they had advised me it might take. I was able to pick it up on my way out for the evening. All in all, a marvellous experience, and a very satisfying resolution to my hardware issue. Highly recommended.

I replaced the screen of my phone and just after a few days of normal use it broke in my hands. No it didn't fall, it didn't hit anything, I simply put on a new number to give it extra protection (oh the irony) and it broke. They said that since I didn't record the accident they couldn't do anything about it. Unfortunately their lower quality can't take normal usage. I guess you get what you pay for. Lesson learned. Pros: lower prices than average Cons: much lower quality, no warranties. P.S. sometimes they get people in selling used phones. They don't ask where did this person got the phones.
