I made sure I had the proper amount of gas in it- I mean I went less than 10 miles- total... and no one did a walk around with me when I rented the vehicle.. just gave me the keys- my contract and told me to pus the "lock" button on the keypad to see which vehicle I had rented... so how about the next day I get my final charge of almost 400 bucks.. saying that I brought it back with a scratch/ dent on it! How do u just make up stuff to rip off customers?! No walk around was done with me- beforehand- so gow can u just say I put a dent/ scratch on it?! My girlfriend was with me for the whole time I rented it and she was furious about this straight out lie! Stay away... my credit card comes will not be honoring this charge!

One day before pick up I was informed that I now had to use a UHaul neighborhood dealer on Lexington Avenue named Oglesby Automotive. When I arrived, I found that the business was closed and I had to use the mobile app in order to check in and pick up the key. But of course There was no key Weir in the lock box. So I had to access Uhaul customer service then spent 20 minutes, confirming that the dealer had not put the key in the lock box to which I was being directed, but instead, I put it in the drop off box for people returning trucks. Of course I had no Lock code access to get into that. So we spent another 20 minutes trying to track down the code so that I could then open the dropbox pull out all of the keys in there to find the one for the truck which I had rented. On top of all of that the customer service rep told me I was gonna get a $50 credit and of course when I received my bill this morning I had no $50 credit and had to go back through you all customer service in order to get that secured. Terrible experience with Uhaul and specifically with this Neighborhood dealer in an awful part of town for which I never would've signed up for but I know Uhaul reassigned it over there because I was a one-way trip and they didn't want to give up any trucks from their larger dealers.

And that I encountered multiple customers also experiencing the same saga of events & treatment.

The packing and moving teams were efficient, careful, and clearly knew what they were doing. While no move is ever entirely stress-free, this one came pretty close--and that's saying a lot. Communication was key throughout the process, and they stayed responsive even after the job was complete, which really stood out. Very highly recommend Georgia Pack and Load.
