I would never purchase a single item from Needle Jig again. They sold me two stainless steel mayo stand trays that are complete garbage. When I callEd after receiving the order they told me because it's an item they no longer carry. They do not accept returns on it. So because the items a piece of junk and they no longer sell it. They'll stick it to whoever is dumb enough to buy it and then that person stuck with a tray that is completely useless. I even tried to reason with them and ask for a discount on a future item just to give me something to grab onto because the trays cost me over $200 and I got zero use out of them. I've been using Needlejig for a bunch of years now for lots of my supplies. Great selection, great pricing and fast shipping. I've had a couple issues with shipments, one in the past cause I put the wrong address....derp, and one today that was just a forgotten item, and both times they fixed the issues right away without any hassle.
