They do great work but lack in customer service. I placed an order and was told what it would look…read morelike and we put a down payment on it. When I received a photo of the finished product, I asked for the bottom to be a little darker (which is what was ordered) and they flipped out on me. I stated they were being rude (this was via texting) and that's not how you treat a customer. I replied and stated we told the carver what we wanted and it we only asked for what we wanted. They accused me of wanting to change it several times which was not true. I only asked for the bottom to look darker based on what we originally discussed. They replied back saying it would be free and to come that day and get it. I had ZERO intention of NOT paying for it. I was just hoping it would be completed. Anyways, I was at work when their daughter called me and called me rude, ignorant and said I should apologize for saying they were being rude. She went ballistic! I finally hung up the phone of taking her insults for several minutes. I had explained to her I was at work and she demanded I apologize (and I did NOTHING wrong). I told her we placed the order with the carver that made it and they forgot the bottom portion etc. She did not care! They do great work, but their customer service is HORRIBLE! We were even planning a trip to take a class for carving which would have been another $350. Obviously that WON'T be happening.
