After they picked us up they deviated from our route home to pick up the "owner" on our dime of course. His justification was that they were taking him home last. I get that ride sharing is a thing but we basically paid for this guy to get home. We arrive at my buddy's house to drop him off first and the owner proceeds to step out and take a piss in the driveway. After telling him multiple times I was going to sit in the back seat with my girlfriend, he raced me to the back seat. We arrive at our house only to have the guy say "well I didn't know y'all were together." Guy was clearly a shit show sleezeball and I hope for everyone's sake that if he is the owner then he goes out of business. Separate instance...our driver couldn't maintain the car inside of multiple lanes. She blamed it on the car and said that they were supposed to "put it out to pasture" but another driver wrecked one of their cars. Long story short, their cars suck. We really need Uber in monroe.

I may be wrong but he called me and said he was outside. But I was outside which ended up meaning he was in the wrong place. He got to me relatively quickly. ( With in ten minutes) I think he started the his mile tracker then. But when I get on the bus (yeah he has a little white bus) There was no meter. But I've been in taxis since I've moved here that goes by the mile. When we get to my home and he tells me $16.80 I ask where that figure came from. He showed me where he was "keeping track" of the miles. Except I only live 4.8 mi from my doctors office. I didn't check until after this . So I didn't know he over charged me for the miles. Who know Exactly how many miles they travel to their doctors office. I bet I know now. I woulda given him a $5 tip anyway so over charging me was just silly. But what about the people that can't afford that extra. I planned for it having worked in the service industry before I always tip. Unless I don't have it. What can you do? We had a horrible experience with Justin Time Taxi. We called 30 minutes ahead of time for a taxi…read morefrom a hotel in Vicksburg to the Jackson airport. Unfortunately, this was the only cab service available at the time. Not only did the driver arrive 10-15 minutes late, the car was absolutely filthy. It was littered with dirty socks, papers, trash in the doors, and was just overall gross. The woman spent the entire 50 minute ride on her cellphone, texting and talking to other clients. We almost hit another vehicle on 2 separate occasions. When we arrived at the airport, we asked what the cost of the ride was, as there was no meter. We were expecting around $75, which was comparable to Uber. It was $120! Considering the conditions of the vehicle and the unprofessionalism of the employee, coupled with the astronomical cost, we will definitely not be repeat customers!
