He wants to leave your home with you feeling satisfied with the job he has done for you. 30+ yrs in business! He's obviously doing something right. I've been a customer for at least the last decade..probably longer..my price hasn't changed in 10 yrs. He awards his repeat customer's with a discount WITHOUT ASKING. Not everyone with a pressure washer should be washing your home! He does a "soft wash" on siding. If someone inexperienced just comes along & pressure washes your siding..you risk damaging it! They may rip a hole in it or bring a piece of siding right off your home costing you more $$ in getting someone to come repair/replace that area! Gregg's prices are extremely reasonable. Give him a chance to give you a quote & explain his service & why his experience is worth considering! East Bay Pressure Wash also applies something to the surface after the cleaning is done to retard the regrowth keeping your home looking great longer, saving you money. This is included in his quote, NOT an add on cost that he up sells you. I really think you will not find a better quote or work than what Greggat East Bay Pressure Wash will provide. I am not related to Gregg & he has not promised me anything in return for my review of his company. But I believe in helping a small business keep their foot in the market in a world where big corporations have swallowed up the small guy. My dad was in business for himself a long time ago before the internet. People would go to a "box store" to literally save $1, literally $1, to buy their lawnmower in a box unassembled rather than buy from my dad who assembled & serviced (oil, gas, showed you how to run the machine). Pennywise vs pound foolish.

We were looking for a company to pressure wash our house…read more Some of the companies we reached out to never returned our calls, while others came out to quote and either wanted to be paid in cash or were not competitively priced. On the list was East Bay Pressure Wash located in Warren RI. They came out quickly and gave us an extremely competitive quote, told us what their services would entail and even was able to take care of some moss we had growing on our garage roof. At the time, they were running a special for 10% off and even though we didn't have the coupon from the reporter, offered us the discount. It was about a three week wait to have the house done, but they arrived on time and got started promptly. Midway through, the sky opened up, and it began to pour. Thankfully, the rain was not a deterrent and as soon as the rain slowed down, they resumed the cleaning. I would say all in all it took no more than two hours to complete the job and the house looks amazing! We would highly recommend East Bay Pressure Wash if you are looking for a professional and reliable company to take care of cleaning the outside of your house. Greg and his team were prompt, did exactly what they said they would, easy to reach and delivered on all accounts.

No electricity. While attempting to pump water from my home using a sump pump powered by an inverter I realized that I was not going to be able to do much good. I called my insurance agent who suggested I call for professional help which I did in the form of ServPro. I stopped the cleanup, looked up the national number for ServPro, and made placed the call. In short order they informed me that they would contact a local franchise who would get back to me quickly. The local SevPro franchise called my cell within a few hours, and as I had surmised, informed me that they were very busy with heavy damage inflicted by northeaster Riley. They said they would be calling later that week to schedule my repairs. This seemed quite reasonable to me. I received a call from the local franchise mid week and was asked if I wanted an estimate, or a crew? I replied that I was not in the flood and fire cleanup business, nor the insurance business, and If more information was needed I was unaware. I just wanted a cleanup crew before more mold could form. Again the caller said they'd get back to me. In the meantime my insurance agent called to inquire about the cleanup and where that stood. I informed him that nothing had happened to that point and there was no scheduled appearance by my local franchise. We decided I'd better get in touch with them and determine once and for all when they would be making an appearance. Still not knowing who the "local" franchise was I once again called the national 800 number. After a brief description of my problem they asked me to hold on while they contacted the local franchise for me. After a short wait they informed me that the "local" franchise said that I had called and canceled my request for service. This is an absolute fabrication and did not occur. I did not know who the local franchise was and therefore could not have called them. I asked him to double check as I'm sure they were very busy and might be mistaken. Not the case. They simply held to the myth, the complete falsehood that I had cancelled. The national office asked if I'd like to be connected to a different local franchise? I then informed them that NO, I didn't want any more to do with ServPro, and was disturbed that I was prepared to let these folks into my home. I understand being overwhelmed, I understand mistakes. I can not abide by outright falsehoods as excuses while I watch mold grow on my walls... I have since called an actual "local" franchise. J. Brian day. they immediately assigned a project manager to my case, gave me an appointment and offered advice. Do yourself a favor and stay away from ServPro of Taunton mansfield.
