The wifi was broken for the entire 5 hours I was there. It's a hotel with many guests who need wifi and the internet was totally down. When I was finished my dishes sat there for a half hour before someone bussed them. I would come her again for the great outdoor views and social setting on great weather days, but I'd come even more often if they had more workers so the service was more attentive and the food was a bit better. I thought that the location was perfect and true to German hotels, even if you are alone, the beds are comfortable and comes with two bed spread. Now why haven't we Americans figured this out yet? If you are sharing a bed, you should still use your own comforter. That's probably one of my favorite impressions about the German hotels. Separate beds, pushed together, separate comforters. I bet you'd have fewer divorces if you implemented that in the States. Internet is free of course. The hotel is convinently situated in the center, so you can walk to everything including the beautiful Luisenpark, which is HUGE! I loved the walk about and the boat ride in the park. Imagine staying in a hotel that is within walking distance to it. Another good part about the hotel is its easy access to the river, there are two and you can turn right and then right and you'd be right by the running path.
