Think twice before you buy from this company! Customer service is extremely poor. We bought a $5000.00 gun safe that had a problem with the top liner and light. Today was the third time they canceled service call. Now again after unloading the safe we have to reload so we can unload it again , if they ever show up .They have our money so don't care about repairs. read more

I'm so glad I found Necaise! I was in a real pinch as the ignition switch on my 84 Jeep CJ-7 got stuck in the on position during the first day of Cruisin the Coast. I had to drop the clutch to kill the Jeep. After trying 2 other locksmiths I was ready to give up, then someone recommended I try Necaise. To my amazement, they had the correct AMC switch. I came to Necaise to get a replacement key, due to the fact that I misplaced my last one. When I arrived, I was greeted by a female who ran my VIN , told me there was no key code registered, and I had to bring her an ignition. (Even though bringing a door lock would suffice.) I get my ignition out of my car and bring it back the same day, for her to tell me she can have it done by tomorrow and the price would be $50 or so. I pay the lady, and give her my ignition. She calls me an hour later, (after closing) stating that she can not get a key because my ignition is locked, and she cant access it without the key, which im here for in the first place. I come back to the store during opening hours to be told that I can have my ignition back, but not my money, because the service I paid for is nonrefundable, although i didnt receive a service? In other words, Necaise Locksmith stole my money. read more
