He was pushy, and repeatedly told us how trustworthy his company was. Against my better judgement, we used this person, who did a poor job. After refusing to pay the full amount upfront, until the work was completed to satisfaction 'Tony' became very unpleasant and belligerent. I would not use this person or this company again.
