Pretty spectacular and gargantuan University that anybody born in any part of Nebraska will probably end up going to. There's so much energy and life in this University and it's hard not to love how electric it is when kids are in town, when school is in session, or even better when there is a college football game going on. Absolutely spectacular. There's some good food in town and I had one of my best shows in the whole country in the whole history of my music right here in Lincoln - all because of this massive school. And the school gives Lincoln a youth, an energy, an amazing flavour and spirit and liberal atmosphere in a very Republican state and it makes me love Lincoln even more than I already do. I had only been to the main campus before and, as you know, it can get crazy crowded. Parking? Forget about it. But East Campus is full of nice buildings with plenty of parking. And as main campus continues to be built up, this campus is seeing the same. I suppose it's nice to see our biggest state school growing. And apparently there's a bowling alley somewhere around here? Sweet.

Great support from the people in the career center helping me not freak out so much about being ready for after college jobs! The cafeteria can be hit and miss but there's usually a good selection for everyone to find something they like. If there's something you want to see on campus, you can start something yourself because most activities and groups are student led and staff are always ready to help you get things going. I really enjoyed being a part of the music programs. Dr. Kurt and Dr. Little are passionate about encouraging students to develop their talents.

Definitely meaning to the left with little respect for the deep fundamentals of Adventism but overall extremely God centered. Students are no better or worse than at a a public college. These a better chance of a meeting a Christian to marry tho.
