The first time I worked with them was a year ago. i had an appointment with another cleaners, right before company was set to arrive for the holidays. The other company flaked out at the last minute and I was in need of someone new - quick!!! In hindsight, I will forever be grateful for the flakey company, because if not for them, I would not have found Nooks and Crannies. Griselda was able to squeeze me in at short notice and I think I said at least 5 times during that first appointment, "my other cleaners have never cleaned that..." The attention to detail from the team is amazing!!! They also work quickly and efficiently. With other cleaners, I always found myself doing a final clean up after the left - either because they missed small areas or they ran out of time - but with Nooks and Crannies I'm always left amazed at how much they get done in a short amount of time. For the price conscious consumer, I will say, their hourly rate is slightly (like barely) higher than other cleaners I've found in the area, and to be honest, had I not been In a bind that first appointment, I may have given pause or thought about considering someone else. As i learned, though, what another company says will take 6 hours, Nooks & Crannies get done in 5, so it more than balances out -- add in the fact that their attention to detail will leave you amazed!!!

She and her other cleaner (I forgot her name) were extremely professional and were able to work while my family chaotically packed up the Uhaul and, I'm sure, constantly got in their way. This summer I turned it back on again, it ran for a couple days and started leaking again and I thought, huh, this is weird. So instead of calling for a service fee, it is the weekend I went online, went to YouTube,and saw how to take the thing apart. I noticed that the drain tube for the condenser was not hooked up to the drain PAN. So every time it was working, the water wasn't going anywhere, except for down the front of our wall. Anyway, long story short, I'm sure it was just to skip over, but if your unit is dripping, take it apart and make sure that the back of the drip PAN is hooked into the condenser water line probably using wrong terminology.

I will say off the top that in this day and age NV Contracting is that rare business which not only…read moreprovides top-notch service, but conducts itself with old-school professionalism and integrity. I required exterior painting done on my two-story house and a 12x16 storage shed. I contacted NVC first based on other good reviews. After reaching out online they contacted me almost immediately, setting up an estimate within a day or two. I signed contracts a day after that. The owners, Johnathan and Sonia, are super-nice people. NV showed up exactly when they said they would and on time every single day. Stefany from the ofice staff is also incredibly pleasant and friendly. She answered all my questions and contacted me in advance before every visit, updating me and relaying requests from the crew each day during the job. They told me up front I could probably find a cheaper contractor, but not one that would do they job they did. They didn't disappoint, working 12-hour days until the job was finished --- including immaculate cleanup each evening. The preppers and painters were kind and extremely hard-working. The first day the crew showed up early and spent a full day doing prep work, including pressure-washing, bubble-scraping, replacement of some rotting wood and a vent, and a lot of sealing. They did a ton of calking on my siding and even re-calked all my windows. They spent the second day putting two coats of high-quality paint on the house, and the third day applying two coats of trim, including gutters and downspouts. I have expensive security cameras and they were super-careful working around the cameras and cables, covering them when needed. They spent part of a fourth day checking their work, doing touchup and cleaning up. Johnathan gave me a final tour before wrapping up the project. My house is 26 years old and now it looks brand new and pristine. As happy and amazed as I am with the work they completed, I think I'm equally as pleased to have found such a diligent and professional local contractor I can trust and count on. I will be using them for a kitchen remodel next winter. There aren't enough stars, nor can I recommend this NV Contracting highly enough! Thank you!
