I've been there three times and found the place to have good customer service and give very nice cuts. I'm Black and wanted something in particular and Doreen was able to hook me up. Each time I've gone she has done her best to accommodate me. There are no reservations made so if you go in, expect a little wait. I've been visiting the here since it opened. It's clean, quaint and the staff typically remember the regulars. Wait time is typical for a barber shop especially during peak times (ie, holiday weekends, back to school). The barbers are friendly and really try to give you the type of haircut you are looking for. My only complaints are a) that the owner isn't there as much as he used to be. He cuts a mean head of hair, b) there seems to be a new barber or two almost every time I visit. Haircuts are cheap and this place is worth going to. read more

Came back for another haircut yesterday and once again, very happy. Being new to Long Island, I'm glad I found a good barbershop with a very friendly, welcoming staff. As all the barbers there know what there doing ( you can tell as clients going to their barber and leaving their barber are comfortable and happy ) I've been to Justin twice and again, very happy and satisfied. Im very concious about my hair cutting and after recently moving here i had first time visit in this barber shop today. Shop looks busy but obviously people always go to those places where they are satisfied. Workers are pretty good with their work. This shop is amazing, so clean and professional. They are always up on the latest trendy haircuts and that do fantastic traditional cuts as well. They are great with kids I take my one year old and five year old and never walk out without perfect haircuts. I can't say enough great things about this shop!! read more

Usually when you walk into a place of business you should be greeted...all I received was a look then they looked at the clock. To my unknown, they closed a 1/2 earlier then I thought--my bad but I waited 15 min in the waiting area. 2 min till closing--blinds shut both customers finished and I thought I was next--(just for a trim). Then I was told can you come back tomorrow---Well I was like" you could have told me when I came in"... Then she blames the other guy who never even said two words to me either....No biggie for me though...there are other barbers in the area that welcome your business.....My new place is Pulaski Barber Shop!!!!! way better then I expected---should have gone there first!!!!! read more
