She comes in the office immediately rude, she doesn't say hello. I don't know if she was rude to her speech impediment (don't we all have issues) or what, but it got worse. She didn't notice I've been in medicine almost 50 years and I did list I have earlier dementia. She immediate goes on the attack, doesn't believe ANY of the info I gave her (yes being ill is a hobby of mine) and gets to the point of yelling because I don't want to see a cardiologist (dying my way is my right). I gave a list of meds, studies, x-rays, labs and that evidently wasn't enough. She will grill you like a drill sergeant yet interrupt your answers. If you want an appointment with the bedside manner of a rapid jackal (IMO) go see her. Serious issues.

My husband went to her with fevers of unknown origin and constant fatigue. Rather than take his complaints seriously and work with him to diagnose the illness she had him declared "histrionic " and a hypochondriac. We went up to Pittsburgh to real doctors and found he had mitochondrial myopathy, which he died from at 53 years old after a long progressive illness. No, it couldn't be cured, but we could have gotten the support and care he needed a lot sooner. If you need actual healthcare besides a pill pusher for a sinus infection, stay away from this quack.

I've been going here for over twenty years. My doctor recently retired. I have always liked this…read moreplace and really loved my former doctor, Dr Franco. He was personable. I've need my new doctor now three times. I am not so sure I care for him much. Not very personable and just dry. He doesn't seem to really express a interest or enthusiasm in my overall health. I may be changing. The overall practice is still grate.
