They try to sell you on investment with no financials to support their claims. There are no disclosures and the documentation presented is all BS. They are working through loopholes to rip people off. They want you to invest in a building that they" purchased" 15 years ago that they have only a few spots left to invest in but has no build plans construction time frame and it's in a premium part of town which is a lie. The presentation looks like a 10 year old cut and pasted pics from the Internet. Working with them is the biggest mistake of my life.

It's across the street from the train station and from the Jumbo Hipermercado. There's a Pingo Doce minimarket inside, free toilets a floor or two up, and a food court. In the center there are tables selling old coins and records, CDs and tapes. And a number of miscellaneous shops of the sort you'd expect to find in this kind of place.
